Globe reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Globe reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Your credit card/debit card or Paypal account will be refunded in the event that your order is not accepted.
Stock levels displayed to you are accurate at the last known update, stock availability is subject to change. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

The delivery times provided by Globe are estimates only. Globe will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Globe can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
International Custom Charges
Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Globe do not have any control over these charges or unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. For more information please contact your local customs office. Any charges incurred are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order.
Acceptance of Orders
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Globe reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any pricing errors including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are approximations based on an exchange rate.
Refunds and Returns
Salty Crew is unable to action exchanges on online orders, however, we will happily refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached. Refunds are not available on free promotional or sale items. Refunds can be made 1 month from the date of purchase.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchase.
If notified before the goods have been dispatched, Globe can accommodate for order cancellations. If items have been shipped Globe reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, Globe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the listed product at the incorrect price. Globe reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or Paypal charged. If your credit card or Paypal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Globe shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card or Paypal account in the amount of the charge.
